Invitamos el viernes 22 de febrero a las 12 horas a participar de un workshop para pensar caminos desde la educación y la regulación para un futuro del trabajo para todos y todas.
La discusión política y social sobre el trabajo del futuro se encuentra aún en una etapa inicial tanto en Uruguay como en la región. El desarrollo tecnológico supone cambios para la vida en sociedad y particularmente para el mundo del trabajo. ¿Cómo impacta la tecnología en el trabajo? ¿Quiénes conducen esos cambios? ¿Quiénes tienen capacidad de incidir en ellos?
Están apareciendo y desapareciendo nuevos y viejos empleos, al tiempo que la modalidad tradicional de trabajo queda cada vez más en el pasado. ¿Qué impacto tiene esto en la seguridad social? ¿Cómo se debe tratar el tema desde la perspectiva educativa? ¿Estamos preparando a los trabajadores y trabajadoras para los nuevos empleos?
La Fundación Friedrich Ebert en Uruguay y la Fundación Líber Seregni, junto con la Cámara de Comercio e Industria Uruguayo-Alemana, el Instituto Cuesta Duarte del PIT-CNT, el Instituto Nacional de Empleo y Formación Profesional (INEFOP) y Sinergia invitan a un encuentro para seguir abordando los diferentes desafíos que plantea el trabajo del futuro.
Este encuentro pretende generar contenido y debate entre actores, organizaciones y especialistas en temas laborales y de regulación, así como instituciones con experiencia en formación, educación y digitalización.
