CONVERSATORIO | Viernes 15 de diciembre, de 14 a 16 hs.
Desde principio del 2021, en el marco de un compromiso de larga trayectoria con la agenda de la política de inserción internacional y los modelos de desarrollo, hemos venido desarrollando una agenda de trabajo conjunto con el Programa de Estudios Internacionales de la Facultad de Ciencias Sociales (PEI-FCS) de la Universidad de la República (Udelar) para analizar y problematizar los escenarios futuros de la inserción internacional de Uruguay y del Mercado Común del Sur (Mercosur).
En esta oportunidad, junto al PEI-FCS y el Observatorio del Regionalismo (ODR) de Brasil invitamos a un conversatorio que reúne diversos especialistas y actores sociales, para intercambiar y discutir los escenarios de futuro de Mercosur a partir de los cambios regionales e internacionales recientes.
El conversatorio busca evaluar y problematizar la agenda y los resultados de la Cumbre de Jefes de Estados del MERCOSUR y Estados Asociados de la PPT de Brasil del 6 y 7 de diciembre, tomando en cuenta el escenario geopolítico actual, el cambio de gobierno en Argentina, y el eventual cierre del tratado con la Unión Europea. A su vez, se analizará el retorno y la agenda de la “Cumbre Social” del Mercosur y su perspectiva futura.
